The University of Babylon is one of the largest universities in Iraq. It is situated on the banks of the Euphrates River in the province of Babil in central Iraq. Department of biology organized a seminar explaining the Bolona system, introduced for the first time in Iraq by the Ministry of Higher Education. Dr. Adi Jasim Abdul Razzaq, the department head, provided a detailed overview of the system. The seminar covered program aspects, showcased an explanatory video, and addressed questions. The Bologna system establishes a minimum 3-year duration for a bachelor's degree, extendable up to 5 years for course completion. Graduates with a degree recognized by this system can pursue further studies and work in European countries based on their qualifications.
