The book also emphasizes continuous analysis of common foods and beverages, particularly focusing on heavy metals like lead. Forensic Food Science is portrayed as an essential discipline intricately linked to advancements in food production, processing, industrial colors, water pollution, sewage waste, and more, shedding light on specific criminal activities related to food, beverages, and their metabolic pathways in the human body.
