The University of Babylon is one of the largest universities in Iraq. It is situated on the banks of the Euphrates River in the province of Babil in central Iraq. A research team from the Applied Geology Department at the University of Babylon visited the Oil Research and Development Center. The purpose was to enhance scientific collaboration between the center, Iraqi universities, and research institutions. The team met with the center's director, Engineer Ali Jasim Hamood, to explore available laboratory facilities and potential joint research projects. They also discussed easing tasks for postgraduate students and laid the foundation for a collaboration agreement between the University of Babylon and the center.
